Many different entities existed with unique manufacturing processes that were decades old, made worse with complex intercompany and industry reporting requirements, multiple legacy ERP systems, lots of bad habits, inefficient processes and redundancy.
The DIY-ERP Intervention
The DIY-ERP Implementation Toolkit enabled our client to set up their optimal company template to use for all their entities. Their ISU was mentored to set up simple solutions to historically complex problems across the entire organisation.

Complex Manufacturing problems were solved to become straightforward processes that were operationally efficient. BC + MS Stack allowed the business to solve complex integration challenges and workflows with simple BC APIs/Extensions and Power Automate.
